Parmigiani Fleurier was founded in 1996 by Michel Parmigiani, stemming from his renowned restoration work on antique timepieces for the Sandoz Family Foundation, which became its backer, leading to an independent manufacture known for high-quality, complex mechanical watches with a distinct aesthetic, emphasizing heritage, precision, and unique designs, like those for Bugatti, evolving under new leadership (Guido Terreni since 2021) towards a modern vision with collections like the Tonda PF.
