Terms & Conditions – Watch Mansion

Welcome to The Watch Mansion. By accessing our website, visiting our retail store, or engaging in buying, selling, trading, or consignment services with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions & Age Requirement

By transacting with us, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding contract.
All personal information provided during any transaction is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Product Authenticity & Description

Authenticity: Watch Mansion guarantees that all watches sold are 100% authentic.
Descriptions: We strive to ensure that product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, errors may occur.
Images: Photos are for illustrative purposes. Pre-owned watches are sold "as is," and images may not capture every microscopic scratch or imperfection.
Condition: "Pre-Owned" or "Vintage" watches may show signs of wear commensurate with age.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Currency: All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.
Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment and our issuance of a receipt or invoice.
Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price due to typographical or system errors. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

4. Delivery & Collection

Territory: Delivery is available within Singapore to eligible addresses.
Signature Required: Due to the high value of goods, a signature and valid ID are required upon delivery.
Self-Collection: Customers may collect orders from our retail store during business hours. Please bring valid ID and the order confirmation.

5. Returns & Refunds

Return Policy: We do not accept returns for "change of mind" once the watch has been sized, worn, or stickers removed.
Defects: Material defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or collection.
Restocking Fee: In the exceptional event that a return is accepted for non-defective reasons, a restocking fee may apply at Watch Mansion’s discretion.

6. Warranty Policy

Watch Mansion provides an in-house limited warranty on the movement and mechanism of the watch to ensure it keeps time within manufacturer specifications.

A. Warranty Duration

Used / Pre-Owned Watches: 3 Months in-house warranty from the date of purchase.
New / Unworn Watches: 12 Months in-house warranty from the date of purchase (or the remainder of the Manufacturer’s Warranty, whichever is applicable and stated at the point of sale).

B. Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers mechanical defects and manufacturing faults related to the movement.
Any repair required under warranty must be performed by Watch Mansion’s service center or a partner authorized by us.

C. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty is void and does not cover:

External Damage: Scratches, dents, or cracks on the case, crystal, bezel, or bracelet arising from daily wear or accidental impact.
Water Damage: Unless documented by a fresh pressure test from us, water damage is not covered. We advise against swimming with vintage/pre-owned pieces.
User Error: Damage caused by mishandling (e.g., cross-threading the crown, over-winding, setting the date during restricted hours).
Unauthorized Repair: If the watch is opened by a third party without our consent, the warranty is void.
Consumables: Batteries, leather straps, and rubber straps.

7. Buy-In (Direct Purchase) & Trade-In Policy

The following terms apply when Watch Mansion purchases a watch directly from you or accepts a trade-in:

Ownership: You represent that you are the sole legal owner of the watch with the full right to sell it, free from liens.
Screening: All watches are screened against lost/stolen databases. We cooperate fully with the Singapore Police Force; stolen goods will be handed to authorities without compensation.
Quotes: Preliminary quotes (WhatsApp/Email) are estimates only. Final offers are subject to physical inspection.
Authenticity Clawback: If a watch sold to us is later found to be counterfeit or composed of non-authentic parts, the seller agrees to fully refund Watch Mansion immediately.

8. Consignment Policy

The following terms apply when you leave a watch with Watch Mansion to sell on your behalf ("Consignment"):

Exclusivity: By consigning a watch, you grant Watch Mansion the exclusive right to market and sell the watch for a minimum agreed period (e.g., 30 days).
Custody & Insurance: Watch Mansion assumes responsibility for the watch while it is in our physical possession. We are liable for loss or damage (excluding normal wear from handling/inspections) up to the agreed "Net to Seller" value.
Pricing: The "Net to Seller" price is agreed upon in writing at the time of consignment. Watch Mansion retains any amount sold above this figure as commission.
Payout: Payouts to the consignor (seller) are processed 3 to 5 working days after the watch is sold and the buyer’s funds have fully cleared.
Withdrawal: If you wish to withdraw the watch before the minimum consignment period has ended, or if the watch is withdrawn without a sale, Watch Mansion reserves the right to charge a nominal administrative fee (e.g., $50 - $150) to cover marketing, photography, and storage costs.
Authenticity: The Consignor warrants the watch is authentic. If a sold consignment piece is returned by the buyer due to authenticity issues, the Consignor is liable to refund all proceeds to Watch Mansion.

9. Limitation of Liability

Watch Mansion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the price paid for the product.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos) is the property of Watch Mansion. No part of this site may be reproduced without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

12. Amendments

Watch Mansion reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
