At Watch Mansion, we deal in high-value, authentic timepieces. We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. Please review our return policy below, which complies with Singapore consumer laws and international standards for luxury goods.

1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
- Defective / Incorrect Items: If the watch is mechanically defective, lacks promised authenticity, or is not the item you ordered, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. You then have 7 days to ship the item back to us or bring it to our store.
- Change of Mind: Due to the nature of pre-owned luxury goods, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. Exceptions are made solely at Watch Mansion’s discretion.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict conditions:
- Unworn & Unsized: The watch must be in the exact condition you received it. It must not have been resized, worn, or scratched.
- Tags & Seals: All “Watch Mansion” security tags, stickers, and protective plastics must remain attached and unbroken. Returns with removed tags will be rejected.
- Accessories: All original boxes, papers, warranty cards, manuals, and additional links must be included.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Watches that have been damaged by the customer (e.g., water damage, drops, impact).
- Watches modified by a third-party jeweller or repairer.
- Consumables (e.g., leather straps that have been bent/worn).
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
4. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at [email protected] or WhatsApp +65 8154 6040 within 24 hours of delivery. Include your Order Number and photos of the issue.
Step 2: Approval
We will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions. Do not send items back without approval.
Step 3: Ship or Drop-off
- In-Store: You may return the item to our Singapore showroom: 44A Circular Road #03-01, Singapore 049399.
- By Mail: Ship the item using a trackable, insured courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx).
- Defective Items: We will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
- Other Returns: You are responsible for shipping costs and insurance. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our watchmakers:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
- A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days (depending on your bank’s processing time).
6. Restocking Fees
- Defective / Authenticity Issues: $0.00 (Free Return).
- Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If we exceptionally approve a return for non-defective reasons, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative, inspection, and banking costs.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a watch for a different model, this will be treated as a Trade-In. Please contact our sales team for a trade-in valuation.
