HYT (Hydro Technology) watches are innovative Swiss timepieces, founded in 2012, known for displaying time with colored and transparent liquids moving in capillary tubes, inspired by ancient water clocks (clepsydras). Their unique technology uses bellows and micro-fluids to show hours as the liquid meniscus moves, while minutes are shown by a traditional hand, blending cutting-edge engineering with avant-garde design. After facing bankruptcy in 2021, the brand was revived under new ownership and leadership, with industry veteran Davide Cerrato.
